What does the published daily rate include?
Lalapa's current price list states that the daily rate includes a professional hunter, skinner and trackers; East London Airport pickup and drop-off; transport during the safari; accommodation; meals; soft drinks and beverages in moderation; daily laundry; field preparation of trophies; and delivery to the taxidermist.
What is not included?

How does booking work?
Deposit requirements are maintained on the current Pricing page. The balance of daily rates or package fees is payable when the safari begins, with trophy fees and extra animals on package deals payable at the end. Cancellation, rescheduling, rate-locking and payment-method terms are detailed on the current price list. Confirm all terms in writing before transferring funds.

Are Lalapa's packages all-inclusive?
The published packages are described as all-inclusive, but the exact inclusions, exclusions, trophy terms and taxes should be confirmed in a dated written quotation.
Which airport transfer is included?
The published package itineraries and price list specify pickup and drop-off at East London Airport. Confirm flight timing with Lalapa before booking travel.
Can two hunters share a professional hunter?
Yes. Lalapa publishes both 1x1 and 2x1 guided options for several packages. The Kudu Partner Special is specifically structured for two hunters sharing a guide.
Can a non-hunter join?
Yes. Lalapa publishes an observer rate, but lodge nights, transfers, touring and the precise itinerary must be confirmed for the group.
Are trophy fees included?
The listed package animals are included as stated in each package. Trophy fees are otherwise excluded from daily rates, and extra animals are payable under the current written terms.
